Appointment Policy
Cancellation Fee
A $30 fee per pet will be charged if an appointment is canceled without at least 24 hours' notice.
No-Show Fee
No-show appointments may be charged up to the full price of the scheduled groom, per pet.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel unexpectedly, please contact us as soon as possible.
